- Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Ability to perform patient care tasks including patient assessment, documentation review, and medical coding
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Familiarity with EMR systems and medical imaging technology
- Knowledge of infection control protocols, HIPAA compliance, and aseptic techniques in a dental setting
