Scion Staffing is recruiting for a Medical Coder to join a growing healthcare services organization specializing in orthopedic revenue cycle services. This is a fully remote direct-hire opportunity for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
The role focuses on accurate coding, compliance, and collaboration with billing and revenue cycle teams to support operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or travel required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in medical coding within a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Orthopedic and/or surgery coding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities
