This role supports accurate billing operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with responsibilities focused on claims, payment posting, denial resolution, and patient account support.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Location: In-person in Rochester, NY
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- Hands-on billing experience required
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
