As a Biller/Coder II, you will support the revenue cycle by reviewing patient encounters, procedures, and documentation to ensure accurate, compliant medical coding. You will provide coding and documentation guidance, participate in provider education, assist with audits and improvement initiatives, and help reduce denials through accurate coding support.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office
- Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Exposure to different types of insurance programs preferred
- Certified Professional Coding Certificate required
