Medical Records Scheduler

One Senior Care

As a Medical Records Scheduler, you will coordinate and manage participant appointments to keep schedules accurate, communications clear, and processes running smoothly. This role supports a calm, organized, and team-focused environment where precision, consistency, and reliability are valued.

You will help ensure appointments, referrals, authorizations, and follow-up activities are handled accurately while communicating professionally with participants, caregivers, providers, and internal staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with the frail or elderly population is a plus, but not required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly detail-oriented, precise, and consistent
  • Patient and methodical
  • Comfortable following established procedures
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy

Additional Requirements

  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain after hire
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening
  • Able to move intermittently throughout the workday
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 25 pounds
  • Able to assist with participant evacuation when needed
