Communicates with dental offices to verify case information and notify customers of shipping date changes by phone or email using established scripts or templates.
Updates case boxes, work order/case tracking systems, and customer management systems to reflect shipping date changes.
Coordinates with digital teams for model printing and monitors production flow to ensure ship dates are met.
Tracks rush cases, informs the next shift of important production updates, prints or reprints prescriptions as needed, and scans cases to maintain accurate location tracking.
Assigns cases to dental technicians through DL Touch and monitors Outlook email inboxes.
Performs other related duties and projects as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of call center experience.
