We are a growing medical revenue cycle management company seeking team members for roles in medical collections, billing/coding, accounts receivable, patient accounts, credentialing, and payment posting. This position focuses on posting payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting revenue cycle operations across multiple practice management platforms.
Responsibilities include accurately entering payment and adjustment data from ERA and paper EOBs, balancing and reconciling posted payments, maintaining supporting documentation, and assisting patients and clients with statement and payment questions.
- Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and insurance claim requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in medical insurance revenue cycle processes
- Medical billing/coding students are welcome
- High-volume insurance claims experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong customer service and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with practice management systems such as Allscripts PM or Epic preferred but not required
