At Alteva RCM, the Client Implementation team supports healthcare providers through expert revenue cycle management and onboarding services.
This full-time, in-person role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new physician accounts. You will coordinate setup and enrollment activities, communicate with provider offices, and help manage the early stages of new accounts until they are handed off to an account manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing
- Familiarity with portals and systems such as Navinet, Optum, Availity, CAQH, and Medicare
- Experience with EFT and ERA enrollment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
