PIP Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a pediatric dental office in Snoqualmie, WA.
The role focuses on team leadership, efficient workflows, patient experience, and financial/administrative oversight. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations to support a positive team environment and strong operational performance.
This is an onsite position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Progressive experience in dental practice management with increasing responsibility
- Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes
- 2–5 years of experience managing and leading teams
- Experience setting expectations, giving feedback, and supporting performance standards
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking production and collections goals
- Experience managing patient and insurance billing end to end
- Accounts receivable experience is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
