PIP Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Dental Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a pediatric dental office. This role focuses on team leadership, efficient workflows, financial oversight, and delivering a high-quality patient experience in a warm, family-friendly environment.
The position is based onsite in Snoqualmie, WA and works closely with the Director of Operations to support administrative, clinical, and financial operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- Progressive experience in dental practice management with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope
- Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes
- 2–5 years of experience managing and leading teams, including coaching, accountability, and daily supervision
- Proven reliability and professionalism with strong follow-through
- Experience setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting team performance
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking production and collections goals
- Experience managing patient and insurance billing processes end to end
- Proficiency with accounts receivable is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- Dental experience preferred
- Billing experience: 2 years preferred
- Progressive dental office management experience: 2 years preferred
- Ability to commute to Snoqualmie, WA 98065
