The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for managing the revenue cycle for all Hurtt Family Health Clinic services. This role oversees billing staff training and supervision, billing-related processes, monthly reporting, and maintenance of the schedule of charges. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, finance department, management, and provider staff.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Tustin, CA.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting is strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Professional Coder Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance billing, and federal grant funding expectations
- Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle metrics and driving process improvements
