PIP Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a pediatric dental office in Snoqualmie, WA. This role focuses on team leadership, efficient workflows, financial oversight, and delivering a positive patient experience.
The practice offers a supportive, energetic environment dedicated to providing quality dental care for children and families. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations and help maintain strong administrative, financial, and compliance practices.
Strong fit candidates will have:
- Progressive experience in dental practice management with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope
- Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes
- 2–5 years of experience managing and leading teams, including coaching, accountability, and daily supervision
- Experience setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and supporting team performance
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking production and collections goals
- Experience managing patient and insurance billing processes end to end
- Proficiency with accounts receivable preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and professional reference checks
- Dental experience required
- Billing experience: 2 years preferred
- Progressive dental office management experience: 2 years preferred
