EEG is the abbreviation for Electroencephalography or electroencephalogram. An EEG is a test that uses electrodes to measure electrical activity. The CPT manual describes a long list of different EEG CPT codes those codes are listed below. The long description are the official descriptions and we added short descriptions of the CPT codes for EEG to find the code you want quicker.
